A marvelous carved citrine ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of 18kt white gold, this unusual ring holds a beautiful oval-shaped carved citrine stone at the center. Set within a bezel setting, the citrine has a gorgeous, rich orange color and is faceted around the edges, forming a light catching border. In the center of stone is the image of a beautiful woman's profile. She is looking slightly upwards and her hair curls delicately around the side of her face. The sides of the mounting display an exceptional filigree wirework design which is accented an ornate engraved design. The band is stamped "18K" on the inside along with what appears to be the letter "A." This beautiful ring has wonderful artistry and looks incredible when worn! It would make a special addition to any jewelry collection.
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 4.75 but could be easily resized.
Condition: ?The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the carved citrine stone, which is intact.
